All Encompassing

Journal Entry after I painted “All Encompassing”

June 24, 2021

I ended up doing … paintings. I felt good. I don't know what it does for me it heals me in some way to be able to create and paint. I don't know why I'm okay today. Because yesterday I was

so low I was so down. ..The Lord is helping me. I really do feel okay. when I'm painting I am concentrating I'm figuring out what colors to use and scratching the paint on the canvas

and covering the canvas and it's all-encompassing. And what happens is I just forget about my life. and I'm painting and creating something that will last. It must be some kind of meditation.

Because I sure get the benefits of that. I don't even know why I was able to paint today because I wanted to do it for a while at least this last week or so. I'm very grateful that I'm still alive

and it feels so good to use my palette knife and to spread that color onto the canvas.
