Some examples of what shows up in a session are: Finding emotions that are blocked so you can clear them, negative limiting beliefs, positive affirmations, connecting to your higher power, finding words that are your true essence and sometimes something new I’ve never seen.

It’s different everytime because what shows up is for you individually and what you need the most.

How I started;

I’ve always had a love for spiritual things. In 2019, I noticed I had some spiritual gifts developing. I’ve wondered what to do and desired to use these gifts. Last fall, feeling stuck, I enrolled in a course to be able to learn and use my talents to help others. It’s a privilege to be able to use these abilities and help others develop their gifts.
