Old House

In September 2020, my parents bought a new house and were planning on selling the old one we all grew up in. I worked in Idaho during the week and stayed with them and then went back to Utah on the weekends.

I had had some dreams of the future, that I was hoping were real and would come true but they that hadn’t happened yet. And they would be happening at our old house. But we moved. And on the way to the new place with my stuff, alone in my car, I screamed louder than I ever screamed in my entire life. I actually started choking, I hurt my vocal chords.

Two weeks later we moved back. This is one of my paintings I did when we came back to the old house, dated October 12, 2020.

This is a video of that day, it was very windy. I was working at my dad’s equipment company.
